I've managed projects from nomination status to handing over to production series. I supervised for 6 months the project's activity in the serial life. I led kick-off and feasibility sessions. I participated in defining the budget of each project, and in discussions with clients(OEM). I have negotiated with the equipment suppliers notions regarding the price and the delivery time. Planning and conducting the Run at Rate study was an important point for this position. I participated in making offers to clients. Together with the process engineers, we have regularly optimized the different processes in the company. The modification and improvement of workstations and equipment were coordinated by me. The handover to the series was coordinated by me.

The third and final internship was focused on scheduling, launching, and tracking production. Analyzing and understanding the data for KPI was an essential point in the internship. The constant optimization of processes and equipment was a priority.

The second experience, or we can call it the second stage, was more emphasized by the relationship between the production department and the project management department. I had the chance to practice and gain experience working on various projects.

It was a first experience within a multinational company. I was able to lay the groundwork for what it means to produce protective tubes.
