Flatten a solid or surface
Anyone know how to flatten this solid made from a surface so I can fab and drill out of flat stock and then bend to this shape and have the holes in the exact location.

There are few ways. 1. create your part in sheet-metal. Then unfold. (convert might work) 2. Extract surface and unfold, wrap surface. In Generative Shape design. Then create a drawing, print if you want and attach to a flat part paper layout.
