Which workbench should I use to design a this sheet metal parts?
Can anyone please help which workbench is suitable for the following parts to design? both the parts are from automotive chassis! please explain which workbench is suitable to design this part in very few features.
Also, can anyone explain the highlighted feature in which the manufacturing process is possible?

I would model the two parts in CATIA with the Part Design workbench.
The circled feature looks like a blind pilot hole in a metal casting or plastic molding, probably for inserting a self-tapping screw.
