Basic CFD

Any body help me
I am trying to simulate this 3D in Solidworks CFD. And i don't know what boundary condition i have to give it so that at outlet i get velocity and mass flow rate.
Please suggest.

I can help you regarding Boundary conditions and other stuff. I am not using SW but helping you will be fine.
