Hello, I have done solidworks recently and now I need to submit a project, so I have decided to make a drone model but do not have any drawing with proper dimensions. Plz suggest me how should be my approach?

Hello Shubham,
In order to begin any project that requires multiple assemblies(like a drone), you need to select the components that your planning to make the drone with. For example the motors, they are usually mounted at the end and require holes at the bottom so that they can be mounted to the chassis. The dimensions of the motor, along with the PCD and hole size can be found at the companies website from where your purchasing the component.

After making a list of all the components you plan to use and have their respective dimensions, make a 2-D sketch of the assembly so that you can estimate the placement as well as the size of the chassis.
