Help¡ Diseño de botella con SolidWorks
Hola a todos, mi nombre es Jesus.
Acabo de terminar mi formación en Programación de la producción en fabricación mecánica y en mi empresa vamos a empezar con mi primer proyecto.
En mi formación hemos empleado SolidWorks y Mastercam.
Desearía ayuda o información(archivo stp) para el diseño de una botella, para fabricar un molde de soplado(Pet).
La botella que tengo que diseñar es tipo limpia cristales, o también llamada para pistola pulverizadora.

If you go to my models you will find a PDF file with 150 pages or + on how to model with surfaces in G2 continuity, because for plastic you cannot make molds with solids, you have to model with continuous splines at least in G better in G2 (continuity G1 tangent-continuity G2 tangent + curvature). See the difference by taking the zebra pattern, the lines must never be interrupted. If you do this on a cube with solid fillets you will see a clear gap between the flat surfaces and the fillets, because they don't have the same curvature.
For a bottle like this it takes from 250 to 300 functions.
If you want I send you a similar model in SW 2020 so that you can see the modeling technique.
