• Safety protocols' implementation on machines installation site • Managed the inventory of the material required in the installation process. • Coordinating with contractors on site having different ongoing projects like High-Temperature line insulation, machine installation, fabricators etc. • Coordinating with senior technicians from Thies in the commissioning process of machines. • Investigated practical issues in 66 Dyeing Machines (Majorly of Thies) from maintenance point of view, that cause delay in production and executed necessary actions to minimize. • Did necessary daily checks to make sure the zero delay in production, and it raised the production from 70 tons to 90 tons per day. • Quick troubleshooting during the curative maintenance of machines to minimize the production delay. • Tentative maintenance scheduling based on curative maintenance data. • Maintained the inventory required during tentative and curative maintenance.
