3D printing scale 1/65 wheels

Greetings to the community. As a noob in 3D printing i got a question for the experts. Design rims for 1/65 miniature cars, in order to renew my fleet. My rims
had complicate designing so the minimum thickness (in spokes for example) must be about 0.5 mm. The mega question is: Can a printer give suchu a detail?
Can i 3D print a tire with thread and what printer or what technic exist for that reason?
Is somewhere a pdf for noobs in 3D printing?
Thank you all

Your budget will be the driving factor.
Typical "home use" FDM printers will be useless at those sizes.
Look at DLP, polylet, SLA, and "wax based printers" (I forget the technology used).

I never heard of them, but these guys show up in a lot of searches: https://www.kudo3d.com/gallery-2/

Do your homework, get sample parts, and make sure you understand the technology and it's pros and cons before buying anything. There is more to buying a 3D printer than it's base cost. Also look at consumables, maintenance, material options, and support options.
