Can anyone create this mold part in solidworks 2017?
i don't have any idea about how to create thickness of the wall as shown in the attached pictured

The thickness is 3. Make the part as a solid, and the Shell command should work well.
That's a pretty bad "drawing", but here's how I'd make it.
Someone with sharp eyes may notice I "missed" the feature on the interior. Is it a boss or a pocket? Show me its depth or height, and it can be created. Until then, I'll claim it is in the model, but set to zero.
Where does the 3 degree draft get added? And where is the parting line?
