Eww! 1st angle projection!

Anyway, if you're using Solidworks, here's a quick model to get you started. The trick is in setting up some sketches and reference geometry ahead of time to build off of.

create the pad for the flange on a construction plane at the set angle in one axis then create a draft in the other axis to create the compound angle
