Can anyone please help me solve the in ?

Recently due to some reason my inventor 2019 is giving me the style conflict error each and every time I open .ipt or .iam file. Please help me.

Ok whats happened is that you have changed something in default ANSI style. to repair this open the file and then delete the sketch. then save the file as "save copy as template" then chose your ansi standard file and save
