Can someone convert DXF file into SAT/IGES Format

No solid data is present, and the DXF can't be extruded, I'm not sure if you'll be able to open the SAT file.

Try this sample part. It is a simple extrusion with a bunch of holes in it. There are ~40 holes/pores per inch.

Try this model, it is a cube with a bunch of spheres removed from it. There are many variations or sphere placement, size and spacing, so this is best used as a sample.
I'm not sure why it would import as a cube and sphere. The model is a cube with a bunch of spheres removed from it. I've attached an image.
