Converting an M5 hole to M3

Hello,

I'd like to use hinges for an electrical cabinet that can be riveted on. But I'd like the rivets to be invisible and fixed to 1.5 mm sheet metal. I'd like to use M3 countersunk rivets.

But the hinge reference I found is M5: https://composants.emile-maurin.fr/fr/charniere-invisible-acier-inox-90-37-32/

Does anyone know a way to change the hinge to M3? Or any other idea?

Can you edit the model of your Hinge? Just start a sketch and use a boss extrude & make sure "Merge" is selected. Then do another sketch and draw your holes in the desired location and use a cut extrude to make the holes the correct size?
If I understand correctly. Hope this was some sort of help.
