create a 3d object, please help me guys :(

i want to make a 3d curve with the same 3 side, it call three way in. would you try this guys.. please help me :(

Draw a square box and a sphere keeping one common reference plane. Create both the object in such a way that the intersection will be as 3D curve. Then use substract command and you will get the desired result.
This can easily be done using NX Software.

i dont have NX software.. how about autocad? its not enough? please help
