Drawing a Vernier scale

I am attempting to draw a depth gauge for my table saw that I can use to set the blade height and cut width from the same measurement. I think I have drawn a vernier with 1/128 inch resolution correctly. However, I am trying to draw another Vernier at .005 inch resoluition and I cannot get it to read correctly.

Any Idea what is wrong?
