Export STEP/IGES/Parasolid to *DAE (Collada) and DWG 3d

Hi,
I need to convert two files to DAE and DWG 3D.
Any one can help?

Maybe you can try this site for conversion but if your model is official i prefer not to use

use Rhinoceros 5 give u more options exporting big range of formats

Use 3ds Max. If you don't have 3ds Max, use Meshlab. Meshlab is a free software.
