GrabCad Connection problem

Hi,

I can't seem to connect to my account using grabcad workbench desktop app. It says my "network is connected but the internet is unavailable". My internet connection seems to be working fine since I can access this website.

I am trying to run the app on my work computer. Does anybody know what I can do to troubleshoot that?
