I am a electrical engineer and I want to project a distribution board like in attachment file (two photo).I need one simple project about that,and I will to project new one according which you send. Thanks a lot of.

It is a pretty simple model to make with some rectangular sketches and extrusions.
At a minimum you'll need to know the size of the object.
Many of the knobs and gauges are simple patterns. Just make one and pattern the rest.
Depending on how accurate the model needs to be, this could take an hour, or it could take several hours.
Someone might be willing to make one, but you should provide additional information regarding the requirements: model size, SOLIDWORKS version, detail level, are colors required?... etc.
Dimensions are a great start. That still leaves many unanswered questions regarding the desired model.
