all depends on what format presentation you intend to use. What software do you intend to use for your presentation.
Most 3D cad software will generate movie files like avi or wmv that you could use. For simple editing video editing online you can use the youtube tools.
If its a simple mechanical device with not too many moving parts you could use an animated gif file
