How can i draw a welding geometry nicely along the highlighted section?

Try using the 'weldment' features rather than brute forcing it with a sweep.

Try it but it does not shows the geometry, or i did not enable something for the weldments to be showed? Plus i need the geometry to be solid so that i can analyze the strength of the connection in Ansys

I don't know why it doesn't show for you, I didn't have to enable anything. I do notice there's a visibility toggle for weld beads, but it doesn't turn them off for me, the bead is always there. I don't work with weldment features so I don't have a good explanation for why it doesn't work for you, I'm just going with the defaults.

In my sample part, the bead shows up as a 3rd 'body', I guess you could 'combine' it with the parts being welded to get the representative solid for your ansys study.
