How can I get the dimensions of any machine I want to build on SOLIDWORKS?
I want to make a car with all the systems From where can I find the sketch, dimensions, and design of the parts?

Whether it be machines or cars, the companies that design these things have invested a lot of time and money into their designs. They will not provide this information for free. Furthermore, anyone that disseminates this information is likely dealing in stolen designs. The companies that designed these machines and cars are going to do all they can to prevent the dissemination of this information. They don't want their work stolen.
You may find some information that someone has reverse engineered by measuring parts. It is very unlikely you will find legitimate original designs of complete systems.
You will regularly find "complete" machines on GrabCAD. These are most times actually incomplete with only a few individual models. Their purpose is to advertise the complete design or services for sale elsewhere. In almost no cases will you find actual sketches of any of the parts.
You have done nothing wrong by asking but the bottom line is: you won't find sketches, dimensions, and designs of the parts for machines or cars.
