How do I change the default setting in GrabCAD Print tray settings for "material used to strengthen support"?

This tray setting for our polyjet printer has two options: "default" and VeroClear. However, by default (i.e. whenever a new build is created) it is automatically set to VeroClear (not the "default" setting). We are having issues with our printer when this setting is not set to "default". GrabCAD Print even has a disclaimer next to setting, to not use anything other than the "default" setting. How do we fix this so that the "default" setting (not VeroClear) is actually set by default when new build is created?
