How do I solve problem that the model is not able to view?

I am 100% sure I uploaded all my part file and sub-assembly file to the Grabcad workbench, and I'm using 2019 SolidWorks, but all my assembly just can not open on the website, even the individual part that I created. Failure reason: Unknown

Could anyone help me with this issue, I appreciate

SolidWorks 2019 isn't supported yet, only up to 2017...
