How do you import downloads from this site into solidworks 2012??

i have downloaded the file and extracted it but i cannot get it to run in solidworks, any ideas??

Hi, maybe:
- Assembly file without the part file
- New version of SW (2013)
What do you have downloaded(link please)?

What is the file extension?
Some files need higher versions of SW to open
