How i can download CATIA software ?? and install?

I was downloaded Catia from your link. But vhen I start the program from icon from desktop, catia give the mesage from licence manager:
"You have not requested a configuration or product license.
Click OK and select at last one configuration licence usin the Licence Manager dialog box."
Clicking OK the Licence Manager opened, but the selection is not possible from " List of Available Configurations or Products".
What I need to do to start usin the Catia program for my constructions?
