How to add machining stock for casting part???
I have made 3D model as attached here with this question.In model i want to add 1.5 mm stock at YELLOW color area.
How can i do this in solid works ???

Move face would work for most of this.
Offset Surface would work for most of this.
The trouble is the section of yellow you have on the "right" side. Only part of the face is yellow, so some type of step will be the result. I think the easiest way to fix all of these issues is in the 2D sketch. Offset each line or arc you want to have the 1.5mm stock added. You'll then be able to sketch the resulting step exactly as you want it instead of hoping for the best when using move or offset.
