How to animate a dynamic rope that winds itself up?

I need to create an animation where a rope winds it self on the reel, I got some progress ussing Mattias R. tutorials on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5M-4CRnj2xc&t=12s) but I got problems making the path follows the rope links. If you got any comment or recommendation I will be greatefull.
