How to build a tank with flexible diaphragm?

Hello,

I need to set up a spherical tank with a flexible diaphragm as a propellant management device in SolidWorks. The diaphragm has to be mountain-shaped and at 60% fill-level of the tank. If anyone has done anything similar before, any guidance would be appreciated.
