How to convert a mesh OBJ for 3 print file

Hello, I have some troubles to convert the entities of the mesh into solids or surfaces, I tried with different programs such Solidworks, Fusión, 3d Max, Maya, and Autocad but I can´t manage the mesh.

Could you help me, please?

The issue is not to convert, I could open in Solidworks and save as STL file, but when I try to put the file in the 3d printed program the mesh is not recognized fully, with many gaps between different parts. Notice that it is a car.

Here the file I hope that you could fix it, it´s a headache

It's a headache because the model was most likely made in 3D Studio Max, as a rendering asset, and not as a solid 3D model for fabrication.

This model has:
1,190,762 inverted normals
119,523 bad edges
4,473 bad contours
86,783 near bad edges
3,031 holes
1,885 shells
and 238 possible noise shells

In summary, the model was most likely created for the sole purpose of being used in a rendering. No care was put into making a solid model, or a water tight model, or a model with thickness.
With some hours of effort the model could most likely be repaired. Otherwise, the model works for its (most likely) intended purpose (see attached image). For the purpose of 3D printing, this model is garbage (until it is repaired).

If I had to convert an OBJ file to an STL file, I'd try:
Keyshot, or Zbrush, or Magics, or Design X.
