How to draw 4x8x20 ellipse?
I do not know if what is the length with or radius

An ellipse has two dimensions for the length and width.
Additional dimensions can be added to determine rotation. Two other dimensions are used to define it's position in space.
4x8x20 does not make sense. Post a picture of where you've read that. Maybe some context will help solve the puzzle.
