How to import dxf files in solid works and how it will extruded..
Actually i can import but not getting extruded part

If it is a 2d DXF, like most of them are, you will have to use the imported dxf as the basis for a sketch or sketches to generate your own extrudes and whatnot.
try overkill to erase overlapping objects. joining objects (lines, arcs, etc) into a closed polyline is a better way to extrude in solidworks.
