How to make a cylindrical part move around another cylindrical part fixed at centre in planetary motion?

I have to constraint a cylindrical part to another cylindrical part which is fixed at centre, so that it moves in planetary motion.

Thank you

It really is not very complicated, first you have the main cylinder, in the assembly you define it completely, the second cylinder that you want to turn around the main cylinder only make it tangent to the parent cylinder, it defines the position of the second cylinder completely (for example if they are coincident in the middle plane or if it is equidistant from a face, etc) now only moves the second cylinder and will have planetary rotation over the main one. Now just add your motion study, it's very simple

Must be tangent to the pitch diameter of the ring gear with the pitch diameter of the planet gears and must be tangent to the pitch diameter of the sun gear with the pitch diameter of the planet gears also the sun gear with ring gear should be the concentric, hope helps.
