u could find the feature called extrude in pro e , with which u could extrude just like in solid works.
in pro e , for extrude cut , u will have remove material option.that means if u want to do either extrude boss or extrude cut u have use the same option in pro e, just the remove material option must be selected.
for the model u wish to create , "extrude" command alone is enough
