how to meke 3d plant in AutoCAD 2013?

i want to put garden and plantation in this plan. but i don't know how i can do that?

I tried downloading your dwg. but I have ACAD 2004 version. If you can please download / Step down in at least ACAD 2010. Then maybe I'll be able to help you.
