How to open the files that download from grab cad in solidworks ?

It says contact for the techinical support if anything i missed when installation?

this was created in 2014. so older versions on Soldiworks will not open file

Nothing wrong with the model...I can open it. see image)
There must be something wrong with your software...

See if the designer has provided a .step file or I'm sure someone here can convert it for you.
