How to open the grab cad files in solid works?

An error occured when opening solidworks file that is downloaded from grab cad,that says contact techinical support for a possible solution.please help me to open these files in solid works 2012.

Look at the version of Solidworks.
Older versions can not open newer ones (future version issue)

This file is corrupted.
