How to unbend/flat solid sheet

I need to flatten 3d solid with keept angle of walls
Thats not standard metal sheet but 3d shape Which soft can do that ?

I prepared some model with description in jpg screen
History behind to better understand my problem: solid sheet is foam which is cutted from flat sheet.
Flat sheet after cutting is fitted to mold ( to fit it, neccesary is add some cutouts (grid) on one side and I am looking for some solution for that
