I am binding the needle to the hub for a syringe. I need to fill the gap. how do I do it in SOLIDWORKS

I have to attach the needle to the hub. I need to perfectly fill that gap which is kind of tapered. I used Lofted boss base, but still, there is a minute gap. I have attached the part design file. kindly help me

if you don't want taper , just put Dia 3 mm instead of 4
