I need help to determine that how much petrol could fill in a tank. Now my query is to find that liquid filled volume in ansys or solid-works

Check the Help file in SOLIDWORKS for the Intersect tool. It has an entry on calculating volume.

The Combine tool could be used in a similar manner.
Otherwise it can be done with a Knit, or Offset surface.

The method used really depends on the shape and complexity of the tank.
