The simplest way is by making the upper and lower parts using thin-extrusions, then making a loft between the 2 inner faces for the middle part.
You'll also have to make a lofted cut to make the middle part hollow.

Another way will be by making the 2 extrusions normally, then add the loft. Finally, shell the model (don't forget to select both the leftmost and rightmost faces).
