I want to thicken this motorcycle front fender to 2.5 mm.
When i am trying to do this it comes unable to thicken the surface.And when i use check tool then one places of the feature showing the surface is open. But i cant solve this open surface. Please solve my problem and discus on your answer please.

The problem is your fillets. I'm going to blow them away and do an atomic bomb fillet, it should shell after that. Here's a link to how to pull of an atomic fillet: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sY2t1nAWq6E
You also need to NOT add fillets so early in the process. That's a bad habit, do them last or they'll cause problems unless it is a major design element.
