Looking for someone to turn my simple designs into CAD files

Hi, I'm looking for someone to make me CAD files for some small and simple designs that I can then 3D print. Based on a Cad file already made. Basically there will be a shape ontop in various designs.

Can anyone help? I will pay of course :-)
