Short of guessing, those drawings do not show enough information to create an accurate 3D model.

Since they appear to be left/right handed versions, there are only two models which need to be made. Those two models are very similar to each other (more like configurations than new parts), so the project only requires the effort to create about 1.5 models instead of 4.

What version of SOLIDWORKS should be used for these models?
Are you accepting models from educational seats?
When are the models needed by?
Is this a free project, or is some compensation included?

The more information posted will reduce the number of questions/applications to go through.

We can use these drawings to get close to the pdf's I attached. Im going to attempt to draw these up myself and see how it goes.

just to share, I was able to build a model close enough with the dimentions I needed.
Thanks

Marked on these pdf's of drawing sheets " CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: THIS DRAWING AND ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN IT ARE THE PROPERTY OF TIE DOWN ENGINEERING, ATLANTA, GA 30336. ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. " so unless you own Tie Down Engineering, Atlanta, GA 30336, anyone here copying these designs for you are probably breaking laws. So if you are not smart enough to design your own products, or skilled enough to copy these models yourself don't expect me to do it. If you are working on a design that uses these as one of its components, try the manufacturer. Due to the nature of a pdf file and what a solid works part file is there is no way to convert these to solid works models automatically, so to get what you want requires someone to put in some effort. If you are an experienced Solid Works engineering technician you should be able to produce something reasonably easily and quickly. If you are a beginner the practice and execution of a model yourself will be good for you. If you don't even want to try or can't even make a start yourself you won't make it as a solid works technician.
