Need help for creating mold for this handle.

I have one model of door handle & I want to create a mold for the same. I tried several times but didn't find what's going wrong. As I am a novice in mold making please guide me to create core & cavity

Hi, Parting lines have to be established first. Then how many different pieces required for the full mold are determined from the parting lines. Then, how would each piece "draft" and how would each part connect. Finally a casing has to be built around the mold. Multiply the time it took to do the original drawing and multiply that time the number of pieces in the mold and that is about how much time it will take to build a working mold

Molded parts generally require draft angles. This allows the part to exit the mold in the same way an ice cube is tapered so it can leave the ice cube tray.
The model depicted shows no draft angles, so it is impossible to know where the parting line is meant to be. A guess can be made, but that's hardly a good way to begin a project.

I like to add fills and vents to the model before making tooling as well

Fred is exactly correct. And, we would need to know the material the proposed handle would require. Each material, requires different mold configurations, vents, etc.
