I've seen that model before.
I don't know Inventor, but the method should hopefully not vary much from how I made it in SOLIDWORKS: https://grabcad.com/library/request-fork-drop-forging-1
Image attached showing the steps and sketches I used in SW. There are other ways to build the model too.
Also attached is an expanded image showing more of the pieces that go with the fork. Another GrabCAD member posted it a while back. I forget the name of the book this is from, but it was in one or two older drafting books.
Model some additional parts for practice.
Hopefully an Inventor user will post similar information. I'm always curious to see if the workflow between various programs is similar.
