part won't fold after unfolding
Hello, while trying to used Sheet Metal to approached as close as possible the perfect cut on a leather strip, fold feature failed right after a successful unfold.
- I closed and opened again the soft
- I rebooted the computer
So that's definitively a bug or is there a way to fold it again? I add a SW 2016 file as bug proof

Try suppressing the Flat Pattern instead of using Unfold.
This way your Cut Extrude won't be effected.
I made a thin extrusion to which I made a removal of the material before converting it to sheet metal.
So it's a good idea to make sure that every segment of a sheet metal's sketch is tinged with tangents.
Also you will have to find a folding strategy for the corners. It is not always a good idea to do a removal of material directly on a fold line.
