Screw Holes On A Hinge

Hi, I'm designing a hinge but am in a really big trouble with the screws and their holes that are used for hinges. I assume that DIN 7505 and DIN 7982 screws are used mostly but cannot be sure. So, is there any standard for the holes and the "chamfers" (this is a bigger trouble for now) on a hinge? Or Any "most used" hole type? Thank you in advance!
