Why do the axis system notation change between Catia and Solidworks?

In the image shown in this question there is an axis system.
In solidworks the green axis is the "Y" axis, the red one is the "x" axis and the blue is the "Z" axis.
In Catia this is completely different! The green one is the "Z" axis.
Why?
I´ve had subjects in my major and always the vertical axis is defined as the "Y" axis.

This is giving me a headache using catia because I need to use the properly planes to work and define my origin in some determined point in my figure.

Thank you for your attention.

The vertical axis is always Z in real life engineering. CATIA doesn't use a green Z axis at all. It's white, by default
