Why is my rendering not appearing on the part main screen?

i just uploaded a part here - Porsche 996/997 GT3 Cup Throttle Blipper ... trying to figure out why the rendering image shows below the part, but not on the main box> ... darn red x's

Go to the edit icon on the right of the main screen.
Edit your model, and set one of the renderings as default,
think this will work....

Thanks Hans! Seems like I found a bug... The Edit/Delete option does not work in Internet Explorer. Changed to Chrome and it's there.
