Education
Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC BarcelonaTech)
Master degree in Numerical Methods in Engineering, Plasticity, crash, thermal, CFD, coupled problem, parallel computing
•
January 2014 - January 2016
The Master in Numerical Methods in Engineering aims to give the student, knowledge necessary to make use of computational tools to solve problems of different physical nature. The Finite Element Analysis is one of the most used methods to solve industrial problems that require computer simulations, to predict failure, strength, solidification and others phenomena.

January 2006 - January 2012
Looking for master the knowledge acquired in my undergraduate studies, I enrolled and become an active member of the Baja SAE USB group at the university: 1 year as a permanent member and one year as Head of Powertrain Division , responsible for the design, manufacture and testing of the powertrain system of an all-terrain vehicular prototype. In this project I learn about teamwork, project management and technical skills such as CAD/FEM and manufacturing. For more details please refer to my LinkedIn profile.
Motivated by the willingness to improve the performance of the prototype, I developed a final degree project which aims to describe the dynamic behavior of a transmission system called CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) applied to mini -Baja all-terrain prototypes. This project was to opt for mechanical engineering degree, earning an honorable distinction for it.
